How does MOQA work?

MOQA tracks your phone, body, and mind habits and crunches them into one number: the MQ Score. Higher is smarter. MOQA provides incentives and challenges to help you increase your MQ so you feel better and are more productive and effective with your day.

MQ: Mindful Quotient (0–200).        
         

Low (<80):  Your phone is in control.      
Avg (80–120):  You could use more time IRL.      
High (120+):  You’re in control of your phone.
